Marlborough Surveyors is headed by Director Ian Dony MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with many years’ post-qualification experience. Ian is an expert in home surveys and asset management work across Wiltshire area.

Ian is an experienced professional with a diverse range of skills. He has worked in Marlborough for many years and is competent in providing surveys on both residential and commercial property. As well as buildings surveys and property assets, Ian has a particular interest in surveying listed and period properties, which require a different survey approach from those of a more modern construction.
